• Testing covering all accessories, fabrics and finished products to stop any defect from raw materials

         A) Fabric Test -- Sample yardage sent to ITS for below testing before approved to bulk making

            1) Fiber Analysis

            2) Formaldehyde spot test

            3) PH Value

            4) Azo dyes

            5) Color Fastness to washing / crocking / perspiration / water / light

            6) Flammability

        B) Metal trims  -- sent to ITS for below testing before approved to bulk making

            1) Lead test

        C)  Garment Test - Ramdon samples sent to ITS for garment test  before ship

            1) Dimension stability to washing

            2) Appareance after washing

            3) Seam strength

            4) Snap / Button tension test

• 100% Inspection done in every stage of production to eliminate any possible mistake

            1) Warehouse Qc do 100% inspection on bulk fabric / interlining / fusing based on 4 Points system

            2) Warehouse Qc do 100% inspeciton on trims and accessories

            3) 100% inspection on paper pattern

            4) 100% inspection on fusing / interlining before and after pressing ( Fastness to fuse pressing )

            5) 100% inspection on each step of sewing

            6) 100% inspection on beadings / embroidery / crochet / sequins

            7) 100% inspection before and after ironing

            8) 100% inspection before packing and sealing

            9) Inhouse final inspection based on AQL 1.0 - 4.0 on the finished packaging
